Where I Would Live If I Could
by Real Estate Sales Representative Rebecca Johnson
We’ve been having some fun on our blogs trying to imagine the *perfect* place to live, if money or commitments were no obstacle. So I really tried to narrow this down to one single city or country, and I just couldn’t do it!
If you’ve read my other blogs you know that I’ve moved so many times in my life, and to stay permanently in one spot would probably be hard for me. It’s really hard for me to sit still! After travelling to various places around the world I can definitely say there is always something I wish I could take from each of those exotic locales and mash-up into one amazing land. Imagine, if you will, a place that takes all of this into consideration:
Hawaii- the colours of the environment, the topography, and the untouched beauty is just something I adore.
Los Cabos- perfect weather and sunshine, the laid-back vibe of the Pacific coast.
Iceland- you’ve got long daylight hours and spring like temps!
New York- the variety and abundance of unique shops, restaurants, & nightlife is amazing!
Ireland- the rolling topography and the rich history of the land.
Florida- it’s familiar for our family, and there’s so much to do in a great climate!
So how’s that for imaginative?! There’s no one place in this world that encompasses all these traits in my favourite places. And I probably wouldn’t be able to settle down in one place anyway with my rampant case of wanderlust! But if money were no object, and I had all the time in the world, you bet I could easily spend my days travelling between all of these spots with a big smile on my face. 🙂
