Kate Broddick began her career as a dental hygienist in Burlington, but along the way, she delved into real estate investing with her husband, which piqued her interest in the industry. While building out her portfolio of investment properties, she sought her real estate license, at first assuming she could use it to manage her own transactions.
However, in just four years after being licensed as a solo agent, Kate saw her business skyrocket, ranking at the top of her region in total transactions and volume. After relocating to Brantford, though, she decided to take her work to the next level and launch her own team.
