Mary Carvalho hails from an entrepreneurial background as the designer/owner of her own high-end custom wedding stationery company. Mary credits this business adventure as the driving force to discipline her professional and personal life goals.  Having achieved success through persistence and hard work, Mary made the leap into the real estate market, which she is incredibly passionate about. Over the years, she and her husband have “flipped” five properties, and indulged in the renovation of these projects along the way.  Always up for a challenge, and armed with a Psychology Degree and her past entrepreneurial experiences, Mary jumped at the opportunity to join The Kate Broddick Team, where she found like-minded REALTORS® like herself with common professional goals.  Well versed in social media and marketing, Mary understands that today’s buyer is savvier and eager to make dreams and opportunities a reality.  Her goal has always been to present listings as accurately and consistently to her clients in order to position them in the most opportunistic manner when buying or acquiring real estate.
