April 3, 2018 from 7:00pm-8:00pm – $5 Drop In Boot Camp. Advanced weight conditioning workout with high intensity intervals. Focus on functional training with bodyweight exercises & weights thrown in for strength & power. You will work the heart, mind & body in this all-over body blast with Lisa Roney, Certified Personal Trainer. Watch the time fly by with games & brain exercises thrown in for fun! This class runs from 7:00pm-8:00pm. Call 519-753-2658 X 100 to register. (a minimum of 6 people needed to run class). April 6, 7 and 8, 2018 at various times – Bowl For Kids Sake. Bowl For Kids Sake is the biggest FUNdraising event of the year for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Grand Erie. Get friends, family, co-workers together a fun time bowling in support of LOCAL Big Brother Big Sister mentoring programs. FUNDS RAISED IN OUR COMMUNITY STAY IN OUR COMMUNITY! The day of the event arrive 20 minutes before your registered start time to turn in your pledges, collect your prizes, and get your bowling shoes! A fun one day event for secondary school girls from Brant, Brantford, Norfolk & Six Nations of the Grand River. The day will be filled with fun, team-building activities for girls and opportunities for personal growth, self esteem exercises, leadership, through educational and interactive, networking, stress management skills, guest speakers are all opportunities for young women to become inspired and motivated. April 22, 2018 from 7:00am-12:00pm – 36th Annual Rotary Brantford Classic Run. Join us for the 36th Rotary Brantford Classic Run on Sunday April 22, 2018 at the W Ross MacDonald school. This family-friendly event has 3 events to choose from: 3 mile walk, 5k run and 10k run. All proceeds raised from the event help the Rotary Club of Brantford support Brantford Boys’ and Girls’ Club, Landsdowne Children’s Centre and Rotary’s Polio Plus.
